Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to assist in training QA Specialists and create quality reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create training materials for agents and specialists
- Audit the work product from the Quality Team and process appeals
- Participate in client meetings and provide insights related to quality assurance
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in business or related field preferred
- Quality assurance analyst/evaluator experience or a valid Life, Health and Annuity License (215) preferred
- Exposure to Medicare and other insurance products preferred
- Bilingual speaking skills (English and Spanish) preferred
