Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Test Engineer to support projects within the federal government.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop test plans, procedures, and document results to ensure system operations meet expected outcomes
- Coordinate with developers, end users, and test sites to create and execute test scripts and manage defect tracking
- Configure necessary hardware and operating environments for testing and provide comprehensive technical expertise on IT products
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in identifying gaps in business requirements and testing documentation
- Extensive experience with various testing methodologies including integration, regression, and performance testing
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in MS SharePoint and MS Project
- Experience in developing and executing test plans, cases, and scripts for software testing
