A company is looking for a Quality Systems SAP Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve quality management SAP issues while meeting SLA timelines
- Triage QM SAP support requests and ensure site quality systems needs are met
- Proactively monitor and maintain various SAP programs and tools to ensure compliance and functionality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience with SAP systems, particularly in quality management
- Knowledge of SAP processes, configuration, and quality systems applications
- Experience with Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
