Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual Testing).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides input on functional requirements and advises on design and configuration of client software applications
• Leads user story and test case development, and ensures comprehensive end-to-end black box testing
• Analyzes test results to identify defects and advises on their severity, while publishing effective test metrics

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of QA experience supporting large, critical business applications
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques
• Experience working within Agile & Waterfall environments
• Creation and execution of SQL queries involving multiple tables and stored procedures
• Experience with API testing methods (Post, Put, Get, Delete)
