Test Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Manager to build, manage, and evolve the testing function within their technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and execution of the testing strategy, covering functional and non-functional testing
• Establish scalable test case management processes and maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes
• Architect and implement automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for reliable regression testing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong background in financial services and experience with multi-asset investment management platforms
• Hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools
• Deep understanding of test case management tools and defect tracking systems
• Ability to act as a technical Subject Matter Expert for automated testing tools and techniques
