Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures
- Collect, review, and analyze data to ensure accurate onboarding of merchant customers
- Regularly audit merchant accounts for accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
- 2-5 years of experience in payment processing
- In-depth knowledge of TSYS and/or PPM, Fiserv
- Knowledge of merchant pricing
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel
