A company is looking for an Associate Director, Patient Solutions Quality Assurance (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Develops quality assurance program strategy and monitoring plans for patient support programs
- Leads the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and business rules
- Conducts Patient Support Audit plans and identifies process improvements
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree; advanced degree preferred
- Three to five years of patient services or related experience
- Strong project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance requirements and HIPAA regulations
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting in Excel
