A company is looking for an Associate Director, Patient Solutions Quality Assurance (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops quality assurance program strategy and monitoring plans for patient support programs
  • Leads the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and business rules
  • Conducts Patient Support Audit plans and identifies process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree; advanced degree preferred
  • Three to five years of patient services or related experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance requirements and HIPAA regulations
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting in Excel
