A company is looking for a Grievance and Appeals Quality Analyst, fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and participate in external and internal audits
- Analyze quality and completeness of complaints and appeals documentation for compliance
- Compile reports on quality metrics to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of Compliance experience
- 1+ years of External Audit experience
- 1+ years of Grievance and Appeals experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
