Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist responsible for ensuring compliance with accreditation and payer regulations in the delivery of home medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review delivery/shipping tickets and on-site orders for compliance and accuracy
  • Process and verify documentation and orders, including insurance verification
  • Identify trends to improve efficiency and cost savings in billing and coding performance
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of work-related experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or insurance customer service
  • Two years of work-related experience required for senior-level positions
  • Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment preferred
