Key Responsibilities
- Review delivery/shipping tickets and on-site orders for compliance and accuracy
- Process and verify documentation and orders, including insurance verification
- Identify trends to improve efficiency and cost savings in billing and coding performance
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of work-related experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or insurance customer service
- Two years of work-related experience required for senior-level positions
- Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment preferred
