Quality Control Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Manager to oversee internal audits, ensure compliance with industry standards, and lead a team dedicated to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Direct Reports and oversee internal QC audits for compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards
• Identify and resolve QC challenges using root cause analysis tools and approve corrective action plans
• Analyze reports/data for trends and participate in customer audits to ensure external compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-7 years of experience in quality control, compliance, or process improvement
• At least 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role with direct reports
• AS9100 Internal Auditor Certification with experience in AS9100 and/or ISO9001 standards
• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis tools and methodologies
