Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess the quality and compliance of Fraud Dispute Investigations
  • Research industry trends related to financial transactions and disputes
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve dispute investigation processes
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Dispute Investigations experience in a financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of financial services operations and compliance regulations (Reg E, Reg Z)
  • Exceptional understanding of Fraud best practices and trends
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
