QA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Engineer I to ensure the quality and reliability of their software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases to identify, document, and report software defects
• Develop comprehensive test cases and scripts according to established practices
• Collaborate with Developers and Product Managers to analyze project requirements and ensure testability of new features

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or 2+ years of equivalent experience
• 1+ years' experience in software quality assurance or a related technical role
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles and best practices
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Experience with programming or scripting languages and exposure to testing automation tools is a plus
