Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Specialist to support healthcare providers and manage quality data collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and enter language access and quality measure data from providers
- Build relationships with providers to promote understanding of quality initiatives and support training efforts
- Maintain accurate records and assist in the development of materials for provider meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality improvement, provider relations, or healthcare administration
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software
- No suspension/exclusion/debarment from participation in federal health care programs
