Key Responsibilities
- Verify the validity of medical records and ensure member information accuracy
- Review error reports and implement feedback to prevent recurrence of errors
- Maintain productivity and quality standards for all assigned projects
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Administrative experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
- Proven customer service experience and/or training
- Ability to effectively use computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of record retrieval processes, policies, and HIPAA regulations
