Job Summary

A company is looking for a Photo Studio Assistant - Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product samples from intake through return, ensuring proper organization and tracking
• Prepare samples for shoots and support stylists and photographers to ensure visual alignment with brand guidelines
• Plan and coordinate shoots, including booking talent and providing administrative support

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a fashion photo studio, retail, or related environment, preferably in e-commerce
• Proven ability to manage inventory, samples, or production assets accurately
• Experience coordinating photo-shoot logistics or working with creative production teams
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for tracking and reporting data
• Experience collaborating with creative teams, vendors, or clients
