Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage assigned audit teams, ensuring service delivery of the premium audit function
- Develop training plans, mentor staff, and maintain department procedures and resources
- Handle complex audit disputes and conduct premium audits across various business units
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years prior premium audit experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the premium audit field
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage a heavy workload effectively
