A company is looking for a Principal Accountant, VP Accounting to join their finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial consolidation process and maintain consolidation systems
- Assist in expense forecasting and manage headcount and vendor forecasts
- Ensure accurate period-end compliance reporting and manage cash flow forecasts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, especially in consolidation and financial reporting
- Proven leadership experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
