Principal Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Analytics Engineer to drive insights and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analyses on customer behavior and operations to enhance growth and profitability
• Act as a strategic analytics partner to executives, translating complex data into actionable insights
• Develop and maintain BI reporting and dashboards to support decision-making processes

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in strategy, business intelligence, or data analytics, preferably in retail/e-commerce
• Expertise in SQL with experience in Snowflake and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Proficiency in at least one analytics programming language (e.g., Python, R) preferred
