Principal Biostatistician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Biostatistician.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as statistical lead on complex clinical trials and provide input on study design and methodologies
• Mentor and develop members of the Biostatistics team while driving department initiatives
• Support business development processes and represent the sponsor at regulatory meetings

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Statistics or a closely related field
• Minimum of 8 years of direct Biostatistics experience in pharmaceutical development or CRO environment
• Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and regulatory requirements
• Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions
• Ability to guide others on departmental procedures and contribute to SOP development
