Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Business Intelligence Analyst - Medication Adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and root causes of unexpected changes
• Transform data insights into actionable recommendations for strategic adjustments and workflow improvements
• Design and communicate KPIs for the Medication Adherence and Pharmacy Guide teams to enable performance adjustments

Required Qualifications and Education

• Over 7 years of experience writing advanced SQL and developing metrics
• At least 5 years of experience with a BI tool, preferably Looker
• At least 3 years of experience working with healthcare data
• Experience with Medicare Advantage plans and pharmacy claims data
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
