Business Intelligence Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Lead to design and manage a data ecosystem for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data infrastructure and reporting systems across various platforms
• Create custom dashboards and automated reports, delivering insights on performance and KPIs
• Ensure data integrity and governance while leading ad hoc data analysis across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or analytics engineering role, preferably in eCommerce or SaaS
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools
• Hands-on experience with TripleWhale and HubSpot is essential
• Strong understanding of marketing attribution and customer lifecycle metrics
• Proven ability to build reporting infrastructure from the ground up
