Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Tableau for data-driven decision making
• Conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate clinical outcomes and care delivery efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, preferably in clinical data analytics
• 3+ years of experience with Tableau, demonstrating advanced skills
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake
• Experience using dbt for data modeling and GitHub for version control
• Familiarity with healthcare data sources such as claims and EHR is a strong plus
