Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Experimentation Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive experimentation practices and analyses, collaborating with various teams to enable trustworthy decisions at scale
• Lead the organization in developing and adopting novel methods to enhance the speed of the experimentation lifecycle
• Provide experimentation expertise and hands-on support for experimenting at scale across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative subject or relevant work experience
• 5+ years of industry experience in data science and experimentation
• Experience in building and scaling experimentation practices and statistical methods in large organizations
• Expertise in SQL, familiarity with Python, and knowledge of cloud data environments
• Agile development mindset with a focus on constant iteration and improvement
