Snowflake Deployment Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Snowflake Deployment Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Snowflake environments for data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of Snowflake cloud data warehouse environments
• Implement best practices for Snowflake security, performance tuning, and cost optimization
• Design and deploy ETL/ELT pipelines to support data ingestion, transformation, and integration across multiple sources

Qualifications

• Proven experience deploying and managing Snowflake Data Cloud environments in production
• Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, and schema design
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools (dbt, Informatica, Matillion, Fivetran, etc.)
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integration with Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, etc.)
