A company is looking for a Lead Analyst, Insights - Health Value Optimization (MSK).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process large data sets to derive insights related to clinical programs and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, monitor, and evaluate clinical intervention programs
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate medical expense trends and quality performance

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Epidemiology, or a related field
• Three years of professional data analysis experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience with observational data analysis methodologies and predictive modeling
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and Tableau
• One year of experience in designing and evaluating clinical intervention programs for MSK conditions
