Key Responsibilities
- Ensure CRM data quality and support business analysis activities related to CRM usage, enhancements, and reporting
- Maintain clean, reliable CRM data while contributing to business requirements gathering, data mapping, and processing documentation
- Support the effectiveness of the CRM platform as a source of truth for customer and account information
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in CRM operations, data management, or business analysis
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience with requirements gathering and business process documentation
- Familiarity with CRM integrations involving ERP or marketing platforms
