ETL Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, ETL Operations (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of ETL Operations Analysts, providing guidance and performance feedback
• Coordinate team activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of ETL configuration and development tasks
• Analyze complex business challenges and delegate tasks appropriately across the team

Requirements & Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in technology, computer science, data science, or equivalent experience required
• 5 - 7 years' experience working with healthcare data
• 2 - 3 years' experience in a leadership setting
• Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role preferred
• TSQL knowledge a plus
