Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Analyst II to support the Revenue Cycle Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate problems and solutions to stakeholders, presenting data effectively
• Develop timely reporting and business analysis, tracking issue action plans
• Analyze root causes, suggest process improvements, and build data models for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in business, informatics, or a quantitative field, or 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Fundamental understanding of revenue cycle principles and data modeling
• Working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS coding, denial resolution, and HIPAA regulations
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with data tools like Looker and Power BI preferred
