Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with Act 34 License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who will shape and guide strategic decisions within Human Resources through advanced reporting and business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage advanced reporting
• Compile and QA data for periodic and ad hoc reporting
• Identify trends to support business decisions and improve processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Accounting, or a related field with 3 years of experience in business intelligence tools, or a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Cognos, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Cloud Analytics
• Proficiency in complex data analysis
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Familiarity with HCM Cloud application modules
