Principal DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal DevOps Engineer to provide technical leadership and drive the strategic direction of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evangelize infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps best practices across multiple projects and teams
• Architect, implement, and optimize re-usable Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform and Ansible
• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Kubernetes clusters and applications across cloud and hybrid environments

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Software Development, or Infrastructure Engineering with principal-level leadership
• Expert-level proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
• Extensive experience with production-grade Kubernetes deployments and performance optimization
• Proven success in architecting and implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation
• Mastery of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud)
