Tooling Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tooling Operations Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure enterprise tooling platforms, primarily within the Atlassian ecosystem
• Maintain and monitor the health and performance of tools, ensuring they are up to date and secure
• Provide end-user support and training, troubleshooting technical problems and documenting solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience administering Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Dynatrace, GitHub, and RunMyJobs
• Strong understanding of user management, workflow configuration, and root cause analysis
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term solutions
• Continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn new tools as business needs evolve
