Key Responsibilities
- Develop trajectory generation and motion control algorithms for safe vehicle motion
- Design scalable software for real on-road impact by evaluating control techniques and motion planning algorithms
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate trajectory generation algorithms into the autonomous driving system
Required Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of research experience in robotics/motion planning
- 5+ years of C++ software development experience
- Proven track record of delivering production-quality algorithms for autonomous trajectory generation/control
- Expertise in optimal control and numerical optimization
