Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a communications plan to prepare stakeholders for upcoming changes
- Assess organizational readiness for new frameworks and provide proactive mitigation plans
- Develop and implement customized training programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in enablement, training, or transformation roles
- Proven experience in change management and organizational enablement
- Ability to enable change initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment
- Experience in creating and delivering training content across multiple formats
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
