Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional experience in product/UX design
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two areas such as UX design, visual design, or user research
• Familiarity with AI, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning concepts
• Deep understanding of design systems and how to contribute to them
• A flexible, iterative design mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving user needs
