Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Owner - UI/UX.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to product stakeholders, championing the user experience from discovery to delivery
• Lead complex, cross-functional design initiatives while remaining hands-on with design work
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a high-performing, innovative design team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional experience in product/UX design
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two areas such as UX design, visual design, or user research
• Familiarity with AI, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning concepts related to product design
• Proven ability to align stakeholders and senior leadership around design ideas
• Deep understanding of design systems and the ability to adapt to evolving user needs
