Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in visual design, UI design, or digital product design
• A strong portfolio showcasing mastery of typography, grid, layout, and color theory
• Experience with digital B2C commercial executions and scalable design systems
• Proven success in delivering impactful digital experiences that balance user and business needs
• Creative leadership experience, including mentoring and elevating design team performance
