Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Product Led Growth & Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product-led transformation by partnering with the executive team to reimagine the go-to-market strategy and build self-service onboarding experiences
• Own the restaurant journey from first touch to power user, improving conversion and reducing time-to-first-order
• Build platform infrastructure, including authentication and payment systems, and create APIs for third-party integrations

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on product-led growth
• Proven track record of building successful self-service products from 0 to 1
• Experience leading PLG transformation at a B2B SaaS company with a strong technical background
• Analytical expertise in growth metrics, cohort analysis, and experimentation, with strong SQL skills
• Understanding of modern SaaS architecture and scalability challenges
