Principal Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager, Commerce Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic, high-visibility projects in commerce strategy and operational changes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Produce comprehensive program and project status reports for stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Extensive experience leading large-scale, complex business projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and build consensus
• Experience with project management platforms such as Aha!, Salesforce, or Monday.com
• Proven track record of decision-making and driving impactful results
