Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the architecture of mission-critical systems, ensuring scalability, security, and sustainability
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives aligned with business priorities and deliver high-impact outcomes
• Mentor engineers and influence the creation of engineering principles, tooling, and standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with complex distributed systems
• 3+ years of experience in payments or the FinTech space
• Strong experience with multiple technology stacks and designing scalable APIs and microservices
• Proven leadership in complex initiatives spanning infrastructure and product development
• Strong understanding of regulatory and security requirements in the financial domain is a plus
