Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with expertise in full-stack development (React, React Native, Node.js)
• Proven experience leading product experiences that integrate AI or automation
• Strong architectural instincts and ability to influence across teams
• Experience mentoring engineers and promoting clear technical thinking
• Familiarity with prompt engineering or building intuitive AI-integrated UX patterns
