Principal UX AI Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal UX AI Strategist, responsible for integrating human-centered design into AI initiatives within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long-term UX strategy for AI initiatives across Provider Operations
• Translate business and user needs into actionable AI UX principles and roadmaps
• Lead the creation of experience frameworks and journey maps for AI integration across touchpoints

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in service design, user research, or human-centered design
• Experience with prominent industry design tools (Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and machine learning algorithms
• Proven ability to act strategically on how AI can solve complex business problems
• Legally authorized to work in the US without any restrictions
