Senior Content Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Content Designer to join a lifestyle brand technology client on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft, write, edit, test, and improve content for product usability, including UI language and in-product education
• Use empathy, logic, and data to inform content choices and conduct audits to design optimal content experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a cohesive language and become an expert in the product and user group

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Creative Writing, Communications, or UX
• 5+ years of experience in user-focused product writing, preferably in hardware, software, or digital agencies
• Experience writing for a business audience and designing content for enterprise tools
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity and experience in content writing and UX writing
