Privacy Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Privacy to join their Corporate Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with privacy incident response and investigations involving Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
• Conduct investigations into reported or observed violations and support breach determination processes under HIPAA
• Draft communications, create Privacy Training materials, and contribute to Privacy projects as directed by management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare privacy programs, including incident and breach investigations
• 2+ years of experience with HIPAA and other federal and state privacy laws
• 2+ years of experience using metrics to improve privacy programs
• 2+ years of comprehensive Privacy investigation experience
