Job Summary
A company is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, RFPs, contract negotiation, and purchase order management
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Act as a central point of contact for vendor engagements, monitoring performance and managing stakeholder relationships
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years' experience in procurement analysis
- A degree is preferred, but additional experience will be considered
- Moderate experience with vendor management and strong negotiation skills
- Experience in SaaS environments and/or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
- Proficient with financial systems, with Oracle experience strongly preferred
