Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Analyst to support the development lifecycle by translating business needs into actionable requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and translate it into clear, actionable requirements
• Break down complex features into detailed user stories for development and quality assurance teams
• Act as a liaison between product, development, and testing teams to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and bug fixes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field required
• 5-10 years of experience in product analysis or related roles, preferably in mortgage servicing and origination systems
• Proven ability to define and document software product requirements
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and development
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Black Knight MSP, Azure DevOps, and SQL
