Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Analyst, Global Workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports refinement activities within a product team, including defining user stories and acceptance criteria for platform enhancements
• Analyzes user behavior and feedback to ensure products meet key performance indicators and proposes changes to enhance user experience
• Provides consultative support to product owners and stakeholders, sharing insights to inform necessary changes and enhance client experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in the Investment Management industry (preferred)
• Experience working with Appian and on a scrum delivery team (preferred)
• Ability to assess trade-offs between value, risk, cost, and time
