Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize user onboarding, engagement tactics, and conversion flows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate goals into effective UI designs that enhance user engagement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience in consumer mobile applications and web
• Strong visual design skills and understanding of UX principles, particularly in Growth and Monetization Design
• An online portfolio showcasing relevant design work with a focus on conversion rates
• Deep knowledge of Figma and experience with design systems
• Experience in kids gaming/edtech is a plus
