Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Product Development & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new supplements and functional foods with commercial potential and global compliance
• Lead formulation strategy by collaborating with labs, scientists, and manufacturers
• Oversee testing, QA, and regulatory reviews to ensure compliance across key markets

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience developing top-selling products in the supplement or natural health space
• Deep knowledge of formulation science and ingredient synergy
• Understanding of global compliance frameworks (FDA, TGA, FSA, EFSA)
• Fluency in product-market fit with a commercial mindset
• Strong curiosity and a detail-oriented approach to product development
