Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Development Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities within target markets to support product enhancements and new product development
• Support cross-functional initiatives involving various departments such as sales, marketing, and IT
• Manage product lifecycle activities from ideation through implementation, ensuring milestones are met

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the mortgage or reverse mortgage market
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to influence decisions and build consensus across levels and functions
• Proven ability to translate feedback into actionable improvements
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with metrics and basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
