Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director / VP of Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the product management team, mentoring PMs and fostering a high-performance environment
• Drive operational rigor and ensure clear roadmaps and commitments are met across the product organization
• Act as a hands-on product manager for critical initiatives and collaborate with executive leadership to align product execution with company goals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role in B2B enterprise software or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in leading and scaling product teams in high-growth environments
• Deep expertise in product execution and operations, including building processes and driving accountability
• Hands-on product management experience with the ability to lead key product efforts directly
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to balance technical development with business needs
